âPUSTI Attaâ is a flagship premium brand in the flour market of Bangladesh. Using state-of-the-art Swiss technology, the flour is produced by roller-milling the whole wheat grain and sieving off the bran. This is a strong flour which retains a substantial proportion of wheatâs nutrients with a protein level of 15% or higher, although much of the dietary fiber is lost by removing the bran. For production we procure the best quality wheat from Canada, Australia and Russia. It has a creamy color, is more flavorsome and has a stronger texture than other white flours. âPUSTI Attaâ is an all purpose perfect flour suitable for most everyday cooking needs.
