At JoganBD, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a clear policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and hassle-free. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines:

Before Your Order is Shipped:

• Double-check your order information, including your name, phone number, and delivery address.

 • Once your package is shipped and the delivery personnel is at your doorstep, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

In the event that JoganBD encounters any issues processing your order or needs to cancel it, we will promptly notify you via email, phone call, or SMS. It is essential to respond promptly when contacted by the delivery personnel. If they are unable to reach you within 2 days, your parcel will be automatically canceled.

Upon Receiving Your Package:

- It is crucial to inspect your package in the presence of the delivery personnel.

 - We regret to inform you that after the delivery personnel has left, we cannot process exchanges or returns unless there are issues related to product size or style.

Please retain your money receipt as it is required when reporting any issues. We cannot accept claims without a valid money receipt, and under no circumstances will the company assume responsibility without it.

If you receive incorrect items, discover missing products, or identify faulty items, please contact us immediately through our Facebook page or helpline while the delivery person is still present. No issues will be accepted once the delivery personnel has departed.

In cases of incorrect items or product issues, we will promptly dispatch the correct products within 2-4 days after discussing the matter with you.

For Customers Outside Dhaka or Those Paying in Advance/bKash:

If you encounter any issues with your order, you must notify our team with supporting documentation within 6 hours.

- Oral claims will not be accepted, and a money receipt is required as evidence.

 - Our customer representatives will address the issues following discussions.

Returns for Customers Outside Dhaka:

- If your package is returned to our office due to nondelivery, you will need to pay for the delivery charge again to have it resent. Failure to do so will result in an immediate refund.

Customer-Initiated Returns to Office:

- If you need to send a package back to our office for any reason, we will cover the delivery charge. To facilitate this, you must provide a photo of the package you are sending and a memo to our Facebook page.

Vendor or Physical Store Purchases:

- If you encounter any issues while shopping our products from vendors or physical stores, please note that these issues should be addressed directly with the respective vendor or store.

Exclusions from Exchange/Returns Policy:

- Our Exchange/Returns Policy does not cover damages caused by negligence, improper use, or incorrect application of the product.

- Exchanges are not possible due to allergic reactions or skin responses.

 - Personal preferences such as disliking the scent or color, which cannot be supported by proof of quality concerns, are not eligible for exchange.

If you wish to initiate an exchange or return, please contact our Customer Service.

Exchange Policy:

You can exchange any online purchase within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the product is unused, and its invoice, tags, and packaging are intact.

Discounted Products:

Please note that items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return:

We are dedicated to delivering the quality products you expect. A product qualifies for return under the following conditions:

- Major quality defects –

 Damage during shipment

- Wrong product, size, or color

Please notify Customer Service of any changes within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refund Policy:

- Refunds will be issued by the company upon submission of the money receipt and relevant documents as evidence. Refunds will not be provided without proper evidence.

- For refund requests, please contact us and discuss your issues on our Facebook page.

- Please provide a detailed explanation of your issues along with supporting information.

- Refunds may take 7 to 10 working days to process.

- Refunds will be issued using the same payment channel used for the purchase.

Cancellation Policy:

- If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 6 hours of placing it.

- Once orders are shipped, they cannot be canceled.
